[Engineering] browserstack

Hi there,

As part of our goals and deliverables for the Discovery team, we need to
test out new features on a wide variety of browsers. Since I'm new to the
WMF, I'd like to see how that's accomplished - for desktops and mobile
devices.

I've used https://www.browserstack.com/ in the past and was wondering if
WMF has a license to use browserstack or if there is another software
package that is in use?
