[Commons-l] EU to extend audio copyright from 50 years to 70 years

According to BBC[1], the EU Council voted to extend the copyright on sound
recordings from 50 to 70 years on Monday, 12 September. We will have to make
some changes accordingly? Such as {{PD-EU-audio}} [2].
