Unwarranted comment and false report on the reality, at that.
The conversation about moral rights happened on this list (commons)
and although it is easier to qualify the Wikimedia Commons community
as " Wikipedia" for the general public and we may want to regret that,
it is indeed the comments by the Wikimedia Commons community (or at
least voiced on the commons mailing-list) that are being addressed.
And for this I thank Joichi Ito and whoever else did so for carrying
Wikimedia's concerns beyond the limits of this list.
