[Commons-l] Web chat finally available

Slight point of fact... And I tested it this morning just to be sure, you've
always been able to connect to IRC via wikizine at http://www.wikizine.org,
click the chat button at the bottom, and choose #wikimedia-commons from the
drop down menu.
