[Commons-l] Finding the description page of an image on Flickr with its static address

Take for example
http://farm1.static.flickr.com/145/370027865_d72262821b_s.jpg. The
first digits of the filename is the so called photo_id: 370027865. The
goto [http://www.flickr.com/services/api/explore/?method=flickr.photos.getInfo]
and enter the photo_id there. You will then find at the tail of the
xml that is being output: <url
type="photopage">http://www.flickr.com/photos/bryan-tongminh/370027865/</url>.
And that is where the picture is located :)
