[Commons-l] Technical tutorial: request for comments

Yes, I've migrated it onto Wikiversity:
http://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Museum_photography
and now also
http://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Concert_photography

If people have other specific experience, it could be interesting to form a
task force.
