[Advocacy Advisors] Lyon Declaration on Access to Information and Development

Hi all, "Access to information and development" is a hot topic at the
moment and a core subject for the new European Committee. I am in favour of
the WMF becoming a signatory to the declation. It will strenghten our
efforts in Brussels. Thanks, Frans
