[Advocacy Advisors] Draft letter to UK MEPs on copyright

Looks good to me:
Just a minor comment for the print version, make sure to write out the
links (e.g. in footnotes or in brackets), and reference the Directive with
its number and name so the MEPs or their assistants can find it easily.
