[Advocacy Advisors] [Wikimedia-l] Amendment would affect Wikimedia projects

Hi Stephen, thank you for your response. We have not made any publication
in Wikipedia in Spanish, but we are planning to.
We are awaiting the development of the amendment in Congress, and if this
does not stop, we will have to consider taking action.
