Languages list is used to discuss topics related to languages on Wikimedia projects, including concerns and issues but also projects to promote and develop small languages.
It is also the list used by the proposed "Wikimedia Indigenous Languages" body, whose goal it is to assist Wikimedia projects in small and endangered languages.
