I believe that, per Cyberpower in https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/xtools/2015-June/000061.html and https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/xtools/2015-June/000063.html and others, that was what was happening; as long as "maintainer" doesn't come with specific obligations on my time, I'm fine with it.
