Seeing how it's October 2 and no dumps are running, I don't think you'll be
back on schedule for October 1. When invoking the "Scotty Principle" of
engineering, one doesn't give an estimate back in time. :)

dumps are being upgraded to Ubuntu trusty and to use HHVM instead of php.
