You can find some older dumps at https://dumps.wikimedia.org/archive/ (see https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Data_dumps/Finding_older_xml_dumps for more about finding older dumps in general). I didn't see the March 2006 files but these https://dumps.wikimedia.org/archive/enwiki/20060816/ are later in that year; perhaps they would do?
