Those lines just log progress of the creation of dumps for private data, not actually data that is being deleted from the public dump files.
In particular, the second line corresponds to data about deleted pages [1] or supressed revisions [2].
Other lines also refer to private data, such as user account info (last line). This information is also backed up regularly but not published.
