I'd like to propose the next WREN call for something like Feb 17 @ 20 UTC, if that works for folks.
If it's an issue for some folks that Feb 17 is Shrove Tuesday, we could also do the following week on Feb 24.
Thanks, Richard (User:Pharos)
That date and time (9am on Feb 18th) works for us here in NZ.

Both dates are good for me just the time will be too late.

For me it is borderline for casual work so 30min earlier would be better if I contribute, but happy to listen either way.

Apologies that this is indeed a bad hour for Europe/MENA/Africa, but the idea was to rotate between 20 UTC and 15 UTC, with the latter being in March.
Here is the page I've started for February: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedians_in_Residence_Exchange_Network/20...

This looks like a rather ambitious agenda. I can imagine a few of these topics going over 20-30 minutes if they include presentations... Maybe some of this can be done outside of the time frame by presenting pre-recorded audio statements ... and processed that way on telegram?
Thanks, Richard (User:Pharos)

Hi Z and all,
The agenda is probably a bit ambitious, but we can curtail it to focus the most time on those items that participants are actually interested in.
And we can also move some items to next time as desired. As well as engaging between meetings on the telegram group and elsewhere, though I'd be reluctant to actually post extensive audio recordings there.
Look forward to seeing those who can join on the WREN call today!
Thanks, Richard (User:Pharos)

In terms of formats I would love to have more people join discussions and have less presentations when we meet online (in general)
In terms of content FUTURE LAB has some recordings on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Futures_Lab/Podcast_series (please listen to last one)
And we can also move some items to next time as desired. As well as engaging between meetings on the telegram group and elsewhere, though I'd be reluctant to actually post extensive audio recordings there.
I would trust your judgement if we record it to just publish what makes sense and is not compromising in any way. Maybe archive on GoogleDrive with access per request?
Look forward to seeing those who can join on the WREN call today!
Me too. If you post a link and show up 15 minutes before I would also love to catch up on semi-offtopic things with you :-)
See you in 3hours :-)
Thanks,

Should we make another call soon?
I am curious if anyone got Wikimania submission confirmations, who is going to AI-Bridges symposium in London late in May + if we have capacity to start another topical telegram group so we can do easy asynchronous incremental updates rather than just this WREN list and meetings?
Best - Z.
