Hi folks,

Last update from me about this. Everything is live on the appropriate discussion pages on Meta. If you have any other changes to make, please do so today as this is the last day feedback is being accepted.

Here's a link to our general feedback, which in turn points to the feedback we had for specific recommendations:

Thanks again, and have a great weekend, all.

Hi all,

I have moved our text into a draft on Meta here:

https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Emjackson42/sandbox/WMF_WREN_feedback_2030

Please feel free to make any changes you see fit. I will get this on the necessary talk pages later tonight, unless someone else is able to do this before then and is willing to volunteer to make the edits.

Thank you again!

Esther

Hello everyone,

The first draft/review/compilation of the feedback has been completed! Any additional time you have to review the document, make edits, and offer suggestions for how to make our points more impactful are greatly appreciated.

You can also add your username as a signatory for the WREN strategic planning committee.

My plan is to move this to Meta tomorrow around 12pm EDT unless there are any objections.

Thanks, once again.

Best,

Esther

Hi everyone,

Thanks to those of you who were able to join any or all of our three feedback calls during the last month. Right now I am working on synthesizing and reviewing our comments to post to Meta tomorrow. If you have some time, and especially if you were at any or all of the meetings, could you take a few minutes to review/copy-edit parts of the draft document, found here?

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rC-kpnex_SB6tbxm4RQz0tkeTP7OJer6t651DXFZ9Qk/edit#

John Cummings has already started work on this (thanks, John!), and has introduced a helpful color-coding system that you can use to indicate if you have reviewed a section or passage.

Once again, thanks very much for your participation. I hope that our recommendations are useful to the Foundation and used by the Foundation.

You’ll likely see one or two other messages from me today or tomorrow on this topic.

Have a nice afternoon!

Best,

Esther
