Just wanted to let you know that the Wikipedian in Residence roundtable submitted for Wikimania on August in Katowice has been approved.

We have been offered 40mn.
At submission time, several members of the group have agreed to join that session, but we indicated the final list will be confirmed later.
So far names include : Jamie Flood, Lane Rasberry, Andrew Lih, Martin Poulter, Eric Luth etc.
Others likely to join (though not confirmed) were John Cummings, Johanna Janhonen, Mervat Salam

So far, related, we know we do also have
