As all of you may already know, the local organizers of WPWP Hindi community have decided to allow newcomers (who joined less then a year ago and with less than 330 edits) to participate in the WPWP from Hindi Community. This message is to clarify our decisions.

The reasons we are allowing newcomers are the following:

• Absence of significant damaging edits from participants.
• Relatively low number of edits (>200 counts so far,) making monitoring feasible.
• Clear warning and local guidelines stating what the participants should or shouldn't do.
