Hi all,

Thank you all for your great help in submitting your country's nominations in time and in the format requested, we really appreciate your cooperation on this, as it allows us to get our jury process off to a smooth start.

Unfortunately, there are still a handful of national competitions who have not yet formally submitted their nominations. These are the following: Brazil; Saudi Arabia; Tunisia. We may be able to process these if we receive their nominations in the next hours (by midday UTC tomorrow, 7 November), however we will regretfully have to exclude nominations that do not reach us by that deadline. For this reason, if you are involved in any of these campaigns (or know anyone who is), we would greatly appreciate it if you could urgently reach out to them and inform them of this. May I also remind you to follow the submission guidelines set out in an earlier email (here: https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikilovesmonuments/2017-October/008722.html). Please feel free to contact me off-list with any questions or clarifications you may have about this.

We are currently setting up the jury process, importing the nominations that you have submitted into the jury tool. The jury process itself is explained in more detail here (http://www.wikilovesmonuments.org/jury - the list of jurors will be updated in the coming hours). We plan to go through this process at a steady and thorough pace, ensuring that we finish the process by the end of November. We expect to announce the winners officially in the first two weeks of December, depending on any challenges we come across regarding the jury report and checks and balances for particular images.

Thank you once again for all your help and we look forward to contacting you again with news about the final winners!

Best regards,
Neville
