it looks like the deadline for WMF rapid grants this edition is July 1. This is the program that is most relevant to most of you, and the deadline is a little more than a week from now! 

In case you were thinking to use the September 1 deadline:  this deadline will be too late to organize (it comes with an earliest project start of October 28). 

If you are interested and need help with applying, please contact the WMF liaison listed here for your region. They are generally helpful. The WLM international team is usually happy to provide some feedback on your proposal, and you can also send it to the international mailing list if you're looking for help from peer organizers in other countries.
