It is my pleasure to announce on behalf of the international team that this year there will be three special awards for African monuments. 

All images that are nominated as the top-10 by the national juries are eligible for this prize and a dedicated jury will take a decision on this in November. One restriction is that all three prizes have to go to a different country.
