Confirmation of Country Representation (Previous Organizers of the Conference)

All previous host countries have confirmed their representatives except Tunisia
Zayneb joined on her own accord and to provide advice since she's experienced organising WikiIndaba not representing Tunisia.

Call for bids to host Wiki Indaba 2022

· In order to have more diverse pool of participants, African Wikimedians need to be encouraged to form affiliate groups ( Chapters, Usergroups, Thematic groups) within their respective countries. We have a small pool of affiliates in the African continent to adequately invite Affilliates per region. We need to invite all current African affiliates to bid to host WikiIndaba conference.	Consolidation of all African user affiliates (Usergroups and thematic groups) who have not hosted the conference before and their main contacts persons.	Wednesday	Georges
To shorten the vetting a questionnaire asking key questions about the state of readiness to host the conference needs to be sent to all countries who have express interest of hosting.	· Write questionnaire to be sent to sent countries who have express interest to host the conference.	Friday	Bobby

Call for community elections to fill in the 3 volunteer committee positions; Budgetary needs of the committee and Review of WISCom practices (Documentation & file management to discussed in the next meeting
