I see that for some reason we couldn't have this meeting on Dumi's suggested dates and times. 

Looking at the proposed agenda items I think it's extremely important for us to meet ASAP to discuss some of the time bound and pressing issues there. I'm particularly concerned about the selection process and if  the next host country will have adequate time to plan for the conference if we don't meet soon. 

We have 2 weeks left for this February to come to an end, kindly let me know if we can meet this coming Saturday 19 February,  12h00 - 13h30 UTC so that I can send the invite ASAP.

4. Budgetary needs of the committee.
5. Review of WISCom practices (Documentation & file management)
