Thank you for reaching out to us with such great support . We will definitely need to have a call with the nigerian team , chen and someone from wiscom just to know if we are on the same page about certain things.

1. for committees that have to be constituted, do we have to make a call for people . Especially if they have people not in uganda.

2. in regards to sponsors ... are we looking at particular kind of specifications i.e non commercial ..really what am saying is what sponsor shouldnt we look at.

3. In terms of event coordination..... is it possible to work with an event coordination company towards the last days i.e airport pickups drop offs.... service

Congratulations again on a successful bid to host the 5th edition of Wiki Indaba in 2020.

I would like to share a planning guide that was developed by WISCom members to assist answer important questions as you prepare to host this event. The guide includes recommended milestones and a timeline to follow. As this document gets updated, I will be sure to send you the latest pack promptly.

First things first, it would really be useful to start a page on meta for this event, where you can add basic information about host city and Local organizing team bios.
