Thanks to Isaac and Raphael for making an effort to join the meeting on Saturday albeit on short notice. 

We have decided to postpone the meeting to this coming Saturday due to low turnout.

I would like to once again enjoin you all to take your time and attend the meeting this coming Saturday. This meeting is extremely important for us all to join so that we expedite the bidding process for prospective host countries and allow them enough time to prepare. In this regard, I request that you kindly let me know if Saturday suits you otherwise we can shift the meeting to Sunday to ensure that all of us are able to participate in the meeting.
