I remember the marching band and Gloria riding in on the horse as if I were there, the story stands so vividly etched in my imagination.
To Clayton's point: I shudder to think how different our lives would be without Ima Hogg's vision.

Bruce Meyer reminded me a week ago that we will be celebrating 45 years of Shakespeare at Winedale next summer. He is ready to rumble. And I am too. So how do we begin? Well, the adventure would likely be scheduled for the first week in August, 2015, with a performance on either Friday or Saturday, if James let's us into that. We could work on the scenes or a play in the air-conditioned Henkel Hall in Round Top in the mornings and then move to the Barn in the afternoons.
