The 2013 Festival of Play kicks off at noon this Saturday, April 27th, in the Barn with two hours + of performances by student participants in the Shakespeare at Winedale Outreach program.  A family-friendly Eeyore's Birthday Party with maypole, games, and cakewalks will follow at about 2:15 p.m. and continue until about 3:30 p.m..  All is free and open to the public, though seating is pretty much standing-room-only in the Barn for this event.

Then the spring class will perform "All's Well that Ends Well" at 7 p.m..

Hope to see some of you out there.  If you're coming for the evening play, come early for a picnic, squeeze into the Barn (packed with students, parents and teachers, but they'd love to share their work with you!) and catch some moments from 12th Night, Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, Hamlet, Midsummer, and the Merchant of Venice!
