 This mad cornucopia of email would make me grumble, had it arrived from another organization. Now I've "digested" it though, so this feast of  should go down smoother.

I understand your point. I'm cutting down on outside walks and
letter-writing, because they're the world of maya and distract from
the real spiritual connection of email.

I've already put you in digest mode -- you'll get one email with all
our messages once a day or so (more if there's a lot of traffic, which
there mostly shouldn't be).

Everyone I added manually to the mailing list has her own
computer-assigned password -- you just have to ask the mailing-list
web page to send you a "reminder" of what the password is, and then
you can change it to something you'll remember. You can do that at the
bottom of the registration page here:
