“Alack, alack for woe, that any harm should stain so fair a show”  (RII)

MacBeth is still your dream.

All my love to this noble company.

Subject: Camp Shakespeare — Macbeth Performances Canceled

Dear Camp Shakespeare Supporters,

Unfortunately, members of our Session Two class have contracted COVID and in an effort to reduce community spread and ensure the continued safety of our students, staff, and audience members we have collectively decided to end the Camp Shakespeare program early and not move forward with the public performances of Macbeth this weekend. (July 15/16/17)

We are heartbroken. We are also very grateful for the week we had together as a class. The students formed strong friendships and deeply enjoyed the exploration of their play. We did too.

This does not affect the college program— all three of their plays are moving forward and they look forward to hosting you at the Barn this summer to enjoy them.

We hope you and yours are well.

With Gratitude,

Robin Grace & Doc
