I made him say semi-professional because the magazines that buy my stuff pay pennies. That said, I’m on an agent hunt for a novel I finished last year so if you know anyone repping upmarket/book club fiction and is interested in a book about a DeereCat combine that shocks a rural Colorado community when it decides to become an artist and cut patterns in the winter wheat fields, send them my way.
