Hi Gerard,
thank you for sending me the link to the actual page of the codes - I
just started to insert language names on the Italian wiktionary - I
think, this should be done before adding other translations and for the
future I'll start using the ISO-System and amend things where I find
them. This will help us all - and so it is easy to create lists with
many translations to be copied in the wiki of any language.
One thing we should think about in a second stage: bring them in the
alphabetical order of that specific country or leave the iso code before
the language name.
e.g. for the English version:
de - German
en - English
it - Italian
etc.
Who else of the Italian wiktionary is on this list? Could you please PM me?
