On a board meeting last Saturday

WMHK decided to host two events for the coming WP 10th Anniversary

a. A bbq party on the 15 Jan (from the afternoon to night HKT)

b. & we try to bid a stall in the Chinese New Year's Fair in one of the districts in Hong Kong

which will last from 28 Jan - 2 Feb if we bid successfully

and we will go to bid for it on next Monday

We will give you further update if stuffs go smoothly

especially we are lOOking for some interaction with other ongoing meetup in other places on 15 Jan via Internet if possible
