We can definitely try to do that, but for now if there are quality issues with the OGG files on Commons the best solution is to watch the versions on Vimeo (http://www.vimeo.com/wmfoundation) or YouTube (http://youtube.com/wikipedia).

If you click the closed caption (CC) icon on the editor, you can use

Universal Subtitles to add captions or create translations into any

language.

Someone should upload the English .srt so people can immediately begin

translating.
