That way makes no sense. Why we need more women? Or people from South? We have 100.000 people already, sure half otf then are for South or are women (or both are same time). We need to explain.

We have about 100,000 people contributing right now. They are wonderful and we admire them for all that they’ve done to keep this amazing free resource going, but we're still aiming for full global representation. We need more diverse people to join us. More women. More people from the Global South. More older people. (continue as before)
