Dear all,
In China, there is activity in Harbin, Tai Yuan, Heng Yang, Chengdu, Chaoyang and Chongqing. Also, there will have activity in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The total number of activity in China (include two SAR) is 8. There is also a Skype online meeting for all Chinese and a QQ meetup for Cantonese and a Skype online meetup for Beijing. Totally, there have 11 activities.
However, some activity page is created by the user who have not yet did any or just a few edit on Wikipedia. Also, these activity have not been suggested in local discussion page. Since I heard some activity is still going on, such as Beijing and Harbin is done and some result comes out, I think these activity will be held and I am going to contact the people create the activity page via email or user talk.

thanks - great to hear! Would be wonderful if out of this, people could come up with ideas to improve the way wikipedia works to make Wikipedia more prominent in China!

According to the event page, the activity in Beijing & Harbin is done.
In Harbin, it is a meeting which held in a university. 14 people joined it. It held yesterday night 6:00 - 8:30 (UTC+8). Them talk about some question and problem on Wikipedia. The people joined mainly is the student of the university.
More event in China will be held. I am going to give another update on next week.
