The benefit of scheduling it at the end of the day is that we wouldn't have to have a firm end time. The downside is that some attendees want to relax after dinner, go shopping, etc. There would also be the possibility of a second meetup after the second dinner, contingent upon if there are things to talk about, and dependent upon everyone's energy level.
