Hello travelers,

People who need to be reimbursed for visa fees (including travel to your closest embassy) or reimbursed for flights they paid for themselves need to submit a request for reimbursement by June 15th. This deadline is not flexible.
  1. Fill out the attached expense report form
  2. Make a PDF of reciepts included in the expense report form
  3. Fill out a bank information request form
  4. Email these documents to accountspayable@wikimedia.org and kharold@wikimedia.org

After the conference, you can request reimbursement for the cost of airport transfers and meals during travel, but you will not be able to request reimbursement for visa fees or flights.
