Recent changes patrol has been enabled on English Wikivoyage, although
there is a discussion that would benefit from further clarification with
regards to option #3 at
http://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wikivoyage:Travellers%27_pub#Patrolling_Redux.
Additionally, when using "enhanced recent changes" it does not seem to
currently be possible to mark multiple revisions as patrolled - instead
they have to be reviewed one-by-one, which is sub-optimal.
Also, since it can't be said enough, thanks for all of the help that you
and the rest of the Wikimedia team have been providing.
