Currently, Wikidata does not handle any interwiki links other than
Wikipedia. (They may add them on stage 2, which was not yet deployed).
As Carl mentioned, writing an interwiki bot is not difficult, and also
there are plenty of those already around, it is just that I do not have
sufficient expertise myself.
