Here’s a dumb question.

As a bureaucrat on English Wikivoyage, I can make users into Administrators, but I cannot remove that status.  Now, I don’t know that we’ve ever had to do that, but technically we do have an inactivity clause.  Is there a reason that Admin status can’t be removed once granted?
