That is not necessary. Anything you send to the list is automatically forwarded to all subscribers; that is the main function of mailing list management software.
There may be a list of subscribers available on one of the list's reference pages; some lists provide that, some don't, and I do not know what this one does. However, some people, including me, would be distinctly irritated if you grabbed that list and used it to contact us directly rather than through the list.
