There are multiple maps on commons. This one may be better:

However, it shows disputed territories hatched. Those appear to be the areas
which India currently controls but that China or Pakistan also claim. If so, the
caption needs to make that clear.
Isn't there also at least one region in the West of Tibet which India claims but
China controls? should that be shown?
