Hi,
How to compose a research on actuall state of wikiversity? It should be the part of bachelor (under graduate) thesis?

Is this a question or a statement? Without knowing what kind of context, support and effort is available, answering is impossible.

I am sorry, it is a statement.

For a bachelor thesis, it's usually enough to make an observational study, like Aubrey's thesis (and several others): https://it.wikisource.org/wiki/De%27_matematici_italiani_anteriori_all%27inv...
Your main work would be to perform some activity on Wikiversity (e.g. updating some pages somehow related to your studies) and then describe how it went.
