I can understand why Sandbox Server proposal failed with WMDE (to write a plan of activities for a future is in the community which creates whatever whenever impossible).<br><br>But I don&#39;t understand why the primary attempt to get it from WMF failed also. WMF has old servers which are given to other similar NGOes, WMF host other projects on their servers, so?<br>
