this is just after 1 day

the voters or people who voice their opinion tend to develop over time. Also in general there are much more non-Wikiversity users than users from other projects. Though people should not forget we all are Wikimedians. Also the Easter vacation may not grant that all who should see this, see it.

And as you see from the initial proposal, people still do not get immediately what Wikiversity is.

So, in that area we have to do some things. But Wikiversity is still young (in comparison to other projects) + has also less resources because of this.

It all just needs time

I tend to say: think about what will be in 7 years

I agree that it just causes drama, but I'd say people should voice their opinions.

Besides this I see this all also as a good thing:

it helps that Wikiversity users get to know each other (e.g. we have commentors from different Wikiversities) + fosters hopefully more collaboration
