Video display does not perfectly line up with text, and the full screen mode is not very well explained, however the system is generally accesible, and the presence of an easy to use size changer in the top left is handy.
From an educational point of view, the system has potential, and the technical infrastructure in place is excellent. On a slow broadband connection, videos load relatively quickly, however no caching / buffering is employed.
The presence of a variety of tools for collection and creation of content are reasonable, however the word processor appears to be rather basic.
The use of an integrated audio recording applet for creation of narrated audio is also handy, however I did not have a chance to try this out due to restricted access to the system.
It really needs an in depth review if you're considering it, try contacting UV for a demo.
