Hi,

I would like to get you know, that people around the Czech Wikiversity, would like to organise a conference held in Prague, spring 2009. It will be about the Wikiversity itself, free e-learning education, othere projects and software related to internet education, etc.

We would like to invite all people interested in Wikiversity, internet and free education to Prague.

This is great - thanks Juan!

I've a few questions:
* What language will the presentations be in - will it be entirely in Czech, or will there be a number of languages represented?
* Will it take place on one day, or over a few days?
* When are you thinking of distributing a call for participation? (ie submissions, tracks, guidelines, etc.)
* Will there be any funding available for travelling costs?
* Will there be any way for people who cannot travel to Prague to participate?

When there's a bit more info, I'd encourage you to advertise this more widely within the Wikimedia community than this list. The Dutch chapter organised a conference on 'Wikimedia and education' last year - they might be able to give you some tips. Also, let me know if I can help in any way...

Cheers,
Cormac
