I requested an account, found out the rules, and the sandbox server group at the time decided that the toolserver didn&#39;t fulfill what we were looking for.</div>
<div><br></div><div>We then asked a number of times for a spare or unallocated server, or even an older/decommissioned server. After asking, waiting, and asking again, we were given the impression that this would never be something the WMF would be willing to assist with directly. </div>
