Hi folks.

Who can point me to or suggest a process for a university wishing to engage Wikimedia projects? By that I mean initial consultation to get advice on how to consider and formulate an appropriate plan encompasing the alignment of policy and practices through to the use, development and production of content. We have ideas on what steps might be good, but I'm wanting suggestions and pointers from others.
