How can I link to a wikimedia page to get its sidebar etc. in zh-tw instead of en without having the user first get an account and register preferences? I am talking about linking from outside wikimedia.
E.g., http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Pressed_flowers gets the default en sidebar.
What is the right way to write this: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/index.php?title=Category:Pressed_flowers&a...
No, I am not talking about page content, just the navigation, sidebar.

You need to make an external link. Either with the syntax Angela gave you or the index.php?title= you already knew. There's no way to achieve it with [[...]] syntax
